These terms apply to tritanglasses.com, operated by Tritan Glassware Company, a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd. They should be read with the Shipping, Refunds and Returns, Privacy Policy and Limited Liability Indemnity pages.

Product information and prices

We aim to describe products accurately. The current item price is displayed in United States dollars. This store does not add sales tax at checkout, so the price shown plus any delivery charge is the amount you pay. Delivery and the full order total are shown before payment. If a material error is discovered, we will contact you before fulfilment.

Orders and payment

Submitting payment is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we confirm it can be fulfilled. Card and PayPal payments are handled by the payment provider. We do not ask customers to email full card details.

Delivery

Delivery terms, charges and available destinations are set out on the Shipping and Delivery page. Risk passes as provided by applicable consumer law.

Cancellation, returns and faulty goods

Our cancellation, return and faulty-goods terms are set out on the Refunds and Returns page. There is no federal right in the United States to cancel an online order simply because you have changed your mind, so what applies is this store's own returns window, published on that page. Nothing in these terms removes a right that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights you have under the consumer-protection law of your own state.
