Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit and debit cards and PayPal.
What currency are the prices displayed in?
All prices are shown in United States dollars. This store does not add sales tax at checkout, so the price you see plus any delivery charge is what you pay.
What are your delivery options and how long will it take?
Delivery across the USA is free on orders of $75 or more and a flat $25 below that. An express upgrade is offered at the same $25 if you want it prioritised. Orders are handled in 24 to 48 hours and then take about 5 to 7 days in transit.
Do I get a receipt for my order?
Yes. A receipt is emailed to you once payment is taken, and a second email follows with a tracking number when the order ships.
Do you have a shop location?
No. We are an online supplier with no shop or showroom, which is how the prices stay where they are.
Can I return my item?
Yes, within 15 days of purchase. If an item arrives damaged or is lost in transit we cover the return postage and refund you after a short check. If you change your mind, you can still return an unused item in its original packaging within 15 days: you arrange tracked return shipping at your own cost and a non-refundable $39 per order covers the original packing and handling. An order can be cancelled any time before it ships, with a 12.5% service and processing fee.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Goods must match their description and be fit for the purpose they are sold for. Where they are not, your remedies come from the consumer-protection law of your own state and from any manufacturer warranty. We do not add a separate store warranty on top of that; if something is wrong with an item, email us and we will put it right.
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
You will get a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as the order leaves us. You can follow it on our track your parcel page.
What is Tritan?
Tritan is a BPA-free copolyester. It holds the clarity and much of the weight of glass while resisting the impacts that shatter glass. It is shatter-resistant rather than unbreakable: no drinking vessel is indestructible.
Are the glasses dishwasher safe?
Yes, every glass in the range is dishwasher safe and made to be washed and reused rather than thrown away.
Are the glasses sold individually or in sets?
Per glass. You order the number you actually need rather than a fixed set size.
