What the range is
The range is seven glasses: red wine, white wine and stemless wine glasses, champagne flutes, martini glasses, whiskey glasses and short tumblers. They are sold per glass, so you order the number you actually need rather than a fixed set.
Our drinkware is listed as Tritan copolyester plastic. Compare the capacity and shape shown on each product page. Each glass is sold individually; follow the supplied care instructions and contact us before ordering if you need a detail that is not listed.
What customers should expect
Every purchasable product page shows one current price in US dollars, the delivery terms, and a way to ask us to check a detail we have not published. We do not fill a missing specification with an estimate, and we do not display a rating we cannot evidence.

Delivery
Delivery within the USA is free on orders of $75 or more. Below that there is a flat $25 charge, shown in your cart before you pay. Orders are dispatched within 2 working days, then delivered within 7 working days by tracked courier. Express Delivery is $25, picked in the cart: dispatch within 1 working day, then delivery within 5 working days. You can pay by card through Stripe, or with PayPal. Our shipping page has the full detail.
Cancellation and returns in short
Contact us within 15 days of delivery to start a change-of-mind return, then send the item back within a further 14 days. Keep the original packaging and proof of purchase. You pay return postage for a change of mind; no cancellation, restocking, service, packing or handling fee applies. If something is not right
Your rights under the consumer laws of your state apply to everything we sell. If an item turns up faulty, or it is not what the page described, email us and we will put it right. Our refunds and returns page explains how that works.
We are an online supplier

Who is behind Tritan Glassware Company
Tritan Glassware Company is part of a family-owned group of online stores. Our CEO, Renoo Caruso, is a Christian preacher based in Phetchaburi, Thailand. Renoo leads a local church with a congregation of more than 200 people and shares daily Bible teaching in Thai through renoo.faith and a YouTube channel with over 1,600 videos.

We accept credit and debit cards and PayPal.
What currency are the prices displayed in?
All prices are shown in United States dollars. This store does not add sales tax at checkout, so the price you see plus any delivery charge is what you pay.
What are your delivery options and how long will it take?
Delivery across the USA is free on orders of $75 or more and a flat $25 below that. An express upgrade is offered at the same $25 if you want it prioritised. Orders are dispatched within 2 working days and then delivered in up to 7 working days by tracked courier in transit.
Do I get a receipt for my order?
Yes. A receipt is emailed to you once payment is taken, and a second email follows with a tracking number when the order ships.
Do you have a shop location?
No. We are an online supplier with no shop or showroom, which is how the prices stay where they are.

Do your products come with a warranty?
Goods must match their description and be fit for the purpose they are sold for. Where they are not, your remedies come from the consumer-protection law of your own state and from any manufacturer warranty. We do not add a separate store warranty on top of that; if something is wrong with an item, email us and we will put it right.
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
You will get a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as the order leaves us. You can follow it on our track your parcel page.
What is Tritan?
Tritan is a BPA-free copolyester. It holds the clarity and much of the weight of glass while resisting the impacts that shatter glass. It is shatter-resistant rather than unbreakable: no drinking vessel is indestructible.
Are the glasses dishwasher safe?
Yes, every glass in the range is dishwasher safe and made to be washed and reused rather than thrown away.
Are the glasses sold individually or in sets?
Per glass. You order the number you actually need rather than a fixed set size.
